I'm a poet and artist, a Wild Wind Woman hitching rides on the synchronicity highway,and a Blackbird of Long Standing. I dig story, particularly myths, fairy tales and folklore. I'm fascinated by fanfiction, and how fans are wresting their intellects away from corporations, reclaiming their imaginations and the stories themselves.
My journal reflects the eclectic nature of my interests: expect creative writing - fannish and otherwise, recommendations and links, observations from the Northlands, long rambles on Art, Poetry and Life in General and the kuzdu that is Memes. I try not to do posts of Great!Woe, though they slip through my guard on occasion.
Much of my journal is locked, including the bulk of my creative writing. I'm pretty friendly though, so just drop me a wee missive on one of the public posts if you'd like to be added.
